Well well well! This is new to me. I knew it was Bike Month, but as I scrolled through my Facebook feed this evening I discovered that May 13-17 is also very specifically Bike To Work Week! So, let’s get off our duffs and DO IT! Best Cycling Stretches for Women

We sit hunched over our handlebars, sometimes for hours at a time. It’s not a natural position, and eventually our bodies need some realignment in order to feel normal again. Riding with Seasonal Allergies

Allergies are relatively new for me. I didn’t have them growing up in the South when pollen counts were insane, and I didn’t really have them for many years after moving to California either. But in the last few years, I have definitely developed miserable seasonal allergies that have kept me off the bike at times. I’ve found a combination that helps me, but I’d be curious to hear what you find useful as well.
